Abstract

The "2015 List of Limit Values" issued by the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the German Social Accident Insurance (IFA) contains the most important limit values for chemical, biological and physical agents which have an impact on health and safety in the workplace. The list contains a table of the limit values for hazardous substances (occupational exposure limit value [AGW] and biological limit value [BGW]) from the following points in the technical code of practice on hazardous substances (TRGS) TRGS 900, TRGS 903 "biological limit value" and also the classifications of TRGS 905. Also included are limit values for indoor air, noise, vibration, thermal stress tolerance, radiation, electricity, biomechanical stress tolerance and notes on the effects of biological agents.
